Make and Create was founded in 2018 by a GP called Zoe Watson. Having used creativity as a way of managing stress and anxiety for several years, Zoe wanted to try and teach others that creativity can be used to quieten the mind, as a form of "meditation for the hands". Make & Create makes carefully curated craft kits as well as running a series of workshops.

Greener Habits Co. is a self funded start-up, which started just over a year ago by selling a small range of plastic free and vegan home essential products online. Now in Walthamstow after helping over 3000 people across London make the swap to plastic free ethical products!
